SomnoGuard® AP Pro

This refined version of the test appliance Somnoguard® AP is an adjustable screw system for mandibular advancement of ca. 12mm. Lower jaw movement remains possible in two dimensions: sagittal and slightly vertical. To manufacture an appliance, a construction bite is needed.
